Description

Support our client team's report development capacity (regular deliveries) to free up capacity for critical deliveries for MSTR platform optimization and migration IO, requiring more senior expertise. It includes documentation and analyses of current platform set-up, proposing adjustments and arch changes leading to mitigation of critical risks, security set-up associated with platform as well as optimizing its performance, set-up and maintenance (expected cost reductions and preparation for downscaling).

Planned time 1Q-3Q 2025. Covers all MSTR projects, supporting wide range of stakeholders. Also enables internal resource transfer for Power BI Fabric/ Copilot roll-out support.
