Description We are looking for a System Developer with a focus on observability.

Specific Mandatory Requirements / Specialised Skill Profile: • Strong to deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Rancher, ArgoCD, and other technologies related to the development and deployment of services in Kubernetes. • Strong to deep knowledge of observability technologies such as logging, tracing, metrics, API endpoints, and Prometheus. • Strong to deep knowledge of the Grafana suite, for example: Grafana, Grafana Loki, Grafana Alloy, Grafana Oncall.

Evaluation Criteria: • Experience in designing and implementing observability solutions in complex enterprise-level IT environments. • Experience in building solutions for centralised log collection, metrics collection, and distributed tracing. • Ability to lead technology choices and propose strategic solutions within observability. • Experience in coaching development teams and driving cross-functional initiatives. • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt technical information for different audiences. • High technical understanding and a keen interest in staying up to date in the field. • A team player who actively shares knowledge and experience with others.
