Consultant Assignment – Exploring and Embedding Microsoft 365 Copilot in Daily Workflows Client: Public sector organization within the service industry Start: As soon as possible Duration: Approx. 4 months, part-time/ongoing Location: On-site and/or hybrid – in close collaboration with users

Assignment Purpose A public sector organization is launching a hands-on initiative to explore how Microsoft 365 Copilot can be used to simplify workflows, save time, and enhance productivity in day-to-day operations. The focus is on identifying tangible, real-life use cases where Copilot can make a genuine impact – in close dialogue with employees.

Scope of Work As a consultant, you will lead a practical and user-centered change effort focused on the everyday use of Copilot. Tasks include:

• • Planning and facilitating four structured workshops with different parts of the organization (based on roles/functions with similar workflows)
• • Mapping the current way of working, identifying bottlenecks and time-consuming tasks
• • Co-identifying concrete use cases where Copilot can bring value – e.g. email management, document generation, meeting notes, data analysis, etc.
• • Conducting hands-on working sessions with users to test and validate ideas
• • Compiling insights, learnings, and recommendations for continued implementation

Desired Consultant Profile We’re looking for a consultant who:

• • Has experience driving change within digital transformation and AI adoption, close to business operations
• • Has strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, ideally including practical experience with Copilot or similar AI tools
• • Is confident leading workshops and engaging various types of users
• • Has a practical, curious, and solution-oriented mindset
• • Is structured, communicative, and collaborative

Expected Outcomes

• • Clearly defined and tested use cases for Copilot within selected roles/functions
• • Concrete recommendations for scaling adoption across the organization
