För Partners räkning söker vi en Product Team Facilitator enligt nedan.
The Challenge
Our Team owns the critical booking flow that drives revenue. As we transform from
project delivery to Product Operating Model, they need to master both the mindset shift from
features to outcomes AND the practical challenge of maintaining delivery velocity while learning
new ways of working.
What You'll Do
Transform how a team works, thinks, and delivers. You'll facilitate the Team and all their
ceremonies while helping them navigate the messy reality of becoming a truly empowered
product team. As part of a group of others in similar roles, you'll drive improvements across
multiple teams, sharing learnings and best practices. You'll also partner with the PM to ensure
customer problems and solution hypotheses are clearly articulated for the development team -
translating discovery insights into buildable requirements.
Your Day-to-Day Impact
- • Facilitate Team Operations: Lead and facilitate all team ceremonies (e.g. standups,
plannings, retrospectives) ensuring they drive real value and continuous improvement
- • Bridge Product and Delivery: Collaborate with the PM to translate complex requirements
into buildable stories - ensuring stories are both user-focused and technically sound
- • Accelerate Team Learning: Coach the team through product thinking - helping them
understand customer problems, not just feature requirements
- • Drive Cross-Team Improvements: Collaborate with fellow coaches and facilitators to
identify patterns, share successful practices, and implement cross-team improvements
- • Optimize Flow: Identify what's slowing the team down and redesign processes to deliver
value faster
- • Enable Self-Organization: Guide the team toward making autonomous decisions about
how they work and what they build
You're Perfect for This If You
- • Have lived in product teams that own outcomes, not just output - you know the
difference and how to get there
- • Are an experienced facilitator who can run engaging, productive ceremonies that teams
actually find valuable
- • Can write user stories that make developers say "I know exactly what to build"
- • Have helped teams transition from being told what to build to figuring out what to build

- • Thrive in the messy middle of organizational change and can bring order to chaos
- • Meriting with experience of Hospitality sector
